I believe If the management class has copymode=absolute  it should do a full
backup but still go through the include/exclude list.
   What I would like to do is be able to have two management classes in the
same policy,(one doing incrementals one doing fulls)  and be able to switch
betweeen them.  Fulls on the weekend and incrementals during the week.
