I sell it and implement it and have probably built 200-300 servers and
installed ~1000 clients.  I know the product extremely well.  I rate it a
9-10.

That being said...

It is critical that you embrace this different technology and train yourself
properly before you start.  This is not your father's backup solution.  Get
help up front or learn the product thoroughly.  You will have problems.
Your willingness to work through them will have a lot to do with your
success or failure.
