Based on other things I see I'd say one of two things (this is due to the
"retry" being mentioned...)
Your copy group serialization might be static... I had to created dynamic
serialization copy groups for all our sap poop...
The fact that a file changes and you have a static serialization on your
copy group is the number 1 reason for a retry...
another one would be if you have "compression on" but the files grows during
compression, which I doubt is the case here 'cause DB files generally don't
grow durning compression, only already compressed files do that... and that
can be cured with "compression on"  "compressalways no"

check your copy group of the management class you are sending the data to,
I'll bet it has a serialization of static...
