One of the problems with the fix below is that this is a globol fix. It
will not warn any dos tasks that might be running. With some organizations
this might be a problem.

Here is what we did....
Do afile finds on the following file:
Conagent.exe
Right click on it and go to properties.
Go to Misc.
Uncheck the "warn if still active" box.
close the properties window and try it.
