I upgrades my ADSM server (running on AIX 4.2.1) tonight; everything
seems to be working fine, but the install process which I ran through
smitty update_all says that 2 filesets were missing... here is the
output from my smit.log...
0503-423 installp:  Fileset adsm.server.util 3.1.2.0 was not found in
the status
 file.
        This could be caused by an internal error within the
        installation scripts or could be caused by using Ctrl-c
        to interrupt the installation processing.

The install went on after this and finished ok.
Lslpp -l shows that its installed though

  adsm.server.gif            3.1.2.0  COMMITTED  ADSM Server Web
Administrator
  adsm.server.rte            3.1.2.0  COMMITTED  ADSM Server Runtime
  adsm.server.util           3.1.2.0  COMMITTED  ADSM Server Utilities

I downloaded the bff files from index.storsys.ibm.com on Thursday of
last week...
