Yes.   This is what I do:

This one backs up primary copypool (DASD) to the copypool:
This is the exact command in the administrative comand box:
backup stgpool backuppool copystorepool

so it backs up my backuppool on DASD to my copy pool called
copystorepool defined as tape.

Hello ADSMers,

Does anybody know if it is possible to define admin schedules to do
storage pool backups? I have defined 2 admin schedules to backup my
primary storage pools to a copy storage pool and have not been
successful in getting them to run. The status for the event shows
pending when I query it during the defined window and then it shows
missed afterwards.
I am currently running on an AIX server, v2.1.0.9.
