We run ADSM Server V1 on MVS and TCPIP on MVS.  We had an outage to
TCPIP a while ago and when it came back up the connection with ADSM
seemed to be established but no scheduled backups ran.

We have changed our procedures so that if TCPIP goes down, we also bring
down ADSM and bring ADSM up after TCPIP.  However, I don't know if this
is the normal thing to do.

Has anyone come across the same problem?
