For the VM server, one can issue the MOVE DATA via the REPLYOP
interface (CP SMSG DSMSERV MOVE DATA...) to get around the prompt
problem. We do this "reclaim" back to a disk storage pool as it (1)
normally requires only one tape mount and (2) helps keep filesystem
data on a minimum number of tapes for non-collocated pools.
