Sorry, not an option.  Our security policy states that passwords will
expire in x number of days.

This sounds like the answer to the problem.  The user, in looking at the
help for the command line, had some problems finding any reference to the
'Set Password' command.

Another very good solution unless the user wants to change the password,
then the admin (me) would have to be brought into the loop to change the
schedule.
