Vincent,
The announcement for ADSM rel 2 included an SOD for "space management"
which will provide the data migration function. Look for more details
on that in future announcements.
I do not believe there is any special cooperation between FSF and ADSM.
However, I'm not sure if an ADSM incremental backup will cause FSF to
recall a migrated file. ADSM will not open the file if it determines (from
directory info) that it has not changed. So, if a directory access does
not cause a recall and the file has not changed (which presumably it
would not since it was migrated), then a recall should not happen. This
of course assumes that FSF maintains the correct file attributes (eg. size,
modification date, etc.) in the directory for migrated files.
