It should take no time at all. If it
hangs up, that means it is stuck talking to nvcold, or nvcold is stuck
talking to ovwdb. I would try to two sanity check steps:
nvUtil L
ovobjprint -S
If they don't both return something
pdq, then you know to worry about the health of the database.

If i have a file:
Selection Name,FMC_Support_QID
fmcmpas1.fmc1.ford.com,7299
fmcmpas2.fmc1.ford.com,7299
eccmpas1.ecc1.ford.com,7299
eccmpas2.ecc1.ford.com,7299
And i do, as true root - nvdbimport -fv filename
My database seems to go out to lunch. This
command never returns and at the same time, ovobjprint -s never returns.
What stupid thing am i forgetting >? Thanks_______________________________________________
