Well, it's not true, and he's just wrong. NetView 7.1.5 has been released for all platforms and is not withdrawn. Only today I posted another notice about where you can view the updated doc. I've been told that the TEC folks have been given a target date of next Friday to update their packaging. Whether they will make that date or not, I don't know, but that's their target.
I searched the company names database called BluePages for "Sebin" but got no hits. Give me a first and a last name and I promise I'll contact him myself and set him straight.

Well the latest on 7.1.5 from the Passport Advantage people (Sebin),
thats what he said his name was, is that 7.1.5 has been recalled and NOT
released. I asked him specifically if that only applies to 7.1.5 that
is bundled under TEC ans he said "No it is recalled in general". He
also said at this point that only 7.1.4 is available.
Does this seem correct?
If this is true then IBM should put info on web page regarding the hold
on 7.1.5 and eliminate all this confusion.
