[nv-l] Tivoli Desktop problem

Hi, 
    I have installed TMF 4.1.1, in a windows XP for
lab purpose, but when i try to start the Tivoli Object
Dispatcher (oserv) the service doesn't start. 
    And I can connect de Tivoli Desktop. 
    What can be the problem
