In my case, these are Nortel BCN routers that aren't reporting correctly
from their associated mibs.  According to my network guys, it's a known
problem.  Something to do with interface indexes not matching up with IP
addresses, so there is/are interface(s) that show up unnumbered.  There is
a code fix for it from Nortel, but my network guys aren't itching to get it
fixed...

If you have a numbered interface that is being discoverd as 0.0.0.0, you
need to
call support. I might suggest collecting an snmpwalk of the device so
that you
can provide it to support.
