is ML 9 mandatory ? I installed ML 9 awhile back but had to back it off
because of ciscoworks 2000

ciscoworks 2000 will no longer function with ML 9 installed , cisco wont
support anything above 8.

sadly there will be no more new releases of ciscoworks for aix , only NT and
solaris

I'm at AIX 4.3.3. Framework 3.7.1. Preparing OS for maintenance level 8.
I'm currently at NV 6.0.3.
Do I have to go to 7.1 first then 7.1.1 or go directly to 7.1.1?
