No. That is not supported in NT. In NT, you have to have a good
grip on your addressing scheme, and do it with excludion ranges.

Subject: [NV-L] Discovery of non-SNMP in NetView V6.01 For NT

Hello,
To totally prevent discovery of non-SNMP nodes in NetView V6.01 For NT,
Could I insert in the seed file of NetView For NT V6.01 a statement like
this: @oid 1.3.6.1.*
Does NetView for NT 6.01 support that ? If not, What other solutions or
options do I have ?

Cordialement - Best Regards
Mike Raad
