I think you find that there is no single MIB for the 390, the
Multiaccess Enclosure (MAE) or the 374x.  They support the ESCON, APPN,
OSA MIBS and others, and RFC mibs.  These MIBS are on 
www.networking.ibm.com, some are included with NetView, and others may
be available with the 374x only.  There are some redbooks at
www.redbooks.ibm.com that may help.

There are some s/390 people who monitor this occasionally who may be
able to offer more specific information.
