I am not aware of one.  When you go to Control Panel --> Services what does it
say?   NetView and SNMP should be Started and Automatic, while SNMP Trap Service
is Started and Manual

When starting NetView for Windows NT, my netmon daemon fails with this
message:

ERROR:  Connection to one or more services is no longer available;  restart
nemon

I have the SNMP and NetView services running.  Is there any way to tell
which service is losing (or never getting) the proper connection
from the netmon daemon?
