I ran mib2trap on CISCO-NETWORK-REGISTRAR-MIB.my. I then ran the following
addtrap script that was created but it fails
like the syntax is wrong. The  file created by mib2trap looks like this.....

/usr/OV/bin/addtrap -l ciscoNetRegFreeAddressLow -g 6 -s 1 \
   -n ciscoNetRegMIBNotifications  \
   -o A  -c "LOGONLY" -t 0 \
   -S 1  \
   -D "This notification signifies that the number
of available IP addresses for a particular scope
has fallen below the value of
cnrDHCPScopeFreeAddrLowThreshold for that scope."  \
   -e ciscoNetRegFreeAddressLow  \
   -F '$E $G $S $# args: $*'
