Check your ovwdb cache size with:  ps -ef | grep ovwdb
The value after -n MUST be greater than 18079, the default is 5000.
"Number of objects defined in the database: 18079"
This is the amount of memory preallocated for use by the object database
cache.

Take a look at Chapter 6 in the TME 10 NetView Administrators Guide
Specifically the section titled: Increasing the ovwdb cache size

Do NOT set the cache size to zero, even if the Dynatext books recommend
it.
It does not work!!!
