Optivity NMS 8.1

I was wondering if someone else out there may have come across this problem.

I've installed Optivity NMS 8.1 on AIX 4.2 with NetView 4.1.  Everything is
working except Expanded View.  When I try to execute an Expanded View either
from the command line or from within NetView, I get the following:

The About Expanded View window opens and I receive the messages:
Initializing... Please Wait... Getting info from agent failed.  Click OK.
When I click OK, the About Expanded View window goes away and I'm taken back
to my starting point.

There are no error messages in my background window.  Also, this is not an
incorrect community string as OmniView and an snmpwalk work fine.  This
problem occurs on all of our hubs -- 5000s, BayStack TR 504, BayStack
Ethernet, etc.

Any thoughts?
