problems with ovspmd.exe

hi all,

I don't know what's happen. I've been working with netview 5 for NT and
I've been problems in the inicialization, It's apearing a message from Dr.
Watson for windows NT about ovspmd.exe and the netview doesn't
inicializating.
What do i need to do?
