Also check out the standard MIB-II under
transmission/frame-relay/frCircuitTable/frCircuitEntry/

To check you dcli use frCircuitDlci, this i your MIB instances.
And use for example frCircuitSentOctets and frCircuitReceivedOctets to
monitor your Frame-Relay PVC bandwidth.
