Use bplist. The syntax is a pain, but it works.

Here's a windows syntax example:

bplist -A -C server -PI -I -s 01/01/2000 00:00:00 -e 04/28/2009 00:00:00
"*53609A01_QPX5F_MJJ050005FA*"
