Ok - so it's a bug on the unbundle_pkg function in the postinstall script.  
Looks like it was 'enhanced' on version 7.5.0.4 from the previous version.   
The previous version worked fine...  The 'enhancement' is a bug.  I assume it 
propagated to 7.5.0.5 but haven't checked that yet.
