I'm configuring Netbackup 6.0 MP4 so that an operations group can perform their 
own restores with non-root permissions.

Does NB 6.0 MP4 have a configuration for users (ie: $HOME/bp.conf) that I can 
restrict where they do their restores to?

Similar to:
RESTORE_DIRECTORY = /tmp/  (or $HOME/)
