Following on from our emails, contact your sales rep for
Symantec Products, you may be able to get a trial key.
It was a solution I suggested yesterday direct to you,
especially if its this one client that is causing the problem, and millions of
files on this disk.

Backups? If not, you should investigate this - it's an added cost,
but for file servers with millions of small files, it will *significantly* speed
up your backups while reducing the load on your server at the same
time.
Is there a possibility
of trying it for testing before buying the
license?,
