[Veritas-bu] EMM interface initialization failed, status = 334

HP DL380,Windows 2003 R2 and a Compaq AIT 50 Tape drive.
Veritas Netbackup Enterprise 6.0 first install.
After the installation completed, it has not possible to go through the
wizard for configuration. Errors on the event log and veritas logs
keep coming with IDs like 334 and 25.

On the Services Window, netbackup enterprise media manager and resource
broker did not start.
On the daemon and admin log files of Netbackup there are these errors:
<16> emmlib_initializeEx: (-) Failed to resolve EMM server reference.
<16> bpstsinfo/update ERROR: unable to retrieve stu list from server
<16> vmd: terminating - CORBA communication error (195).

It seams to me that Veritas did not recognize its tape media. Anyhow it
driver is listed on ODBC. so it is not the discussed case in this
article:

I install the " SymantecDeviceDriversforWindowsServers20070215_2878 50
" then reinstall the netbackup but did not work. Also i change the name
of master server into FQDN but it did not work too.

Any idea?
