Hi Guys i plan to implement a centralize backup as below

My question is what kind of controlled/adapter required for connecting the 
gigabit cable from san switch to the tape library? 

Any recommended HP tape library that support LTO-4?
Preferrable 3 tape drive , 1 for 4 server, and 2 for both SQL server as the 
storage up to 1 TB.[/img]
