Chassis Replacement = Major Issue.  I'm guessing some kind of physical
damage to the units?

FC Bridges = We're using the drives and robot in native fiber mode (no
SCSI) so I'm hoping this won't be an issue.

Our customer have bought 11 Quantum Px500 FC type....
Yet today he said that want to kick them out of the site....
