[Veritas-bu] Disk Staging a Full Backup

I have NB 5.1 MP1 on Windows 2000.  I was wondering if it is possible to
do disk staging with a full backup...possibly make the retention on the
disk staging to 1 week but make the staged image to tape the primary
copy with 5 weeks retention.
