We have a job which has been running since yesterday but doesn't appear
to of written anything to tape. It's trying to write to a standalone
LTO1 drive which did work on Wednesday.

The details of the job indicate that the tape is loaded and it has
started to write, but the byte count hasn't moved and the tape still
appears to be in the same place.

09/06/2005 18:27:48 - started process bpbrm (3824)
09/06/2005 18:27:48 - connecting
09/06/2005 18:27:48 - connected; connect time: 00:00:00
09/06/2005 18:27:48 - started process bptm (1328)
09/06/2005 18:27:54 - mounting DLY030
09/06/2005 18:27:54 - mounted; mount time: 00:00:00
09/06/2005 18:27:54 - positioning DLY030 to file 1
09/06/2005 18:28:01 - positioned DLY030; position time: 00:00:07
09/06/2005 18:28:01 - begin writing

The only thing different to Wednesday is that it was a brand new tape,
the tape loaded at the moment is one that has been used on our tape
library, could this be the problem.

We care using Netbackup Enterprise Server 5.1 on a Windows 2003
platform.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Sue
