[Veritas-bu] last update ARB - Automated Runbook

The ARB is VERITAS Enterprise Consulting Service proprietary software.  The
application is to be used exclusively by the VERITAS Consultants while
onsite and then the executables are to be removed before departure.  There
are some tools that are available on the web that may meet your specific
needs; however, if you truly want the ARB you will need to contact your
Consultant.
