Hi,

Step 1: deactivate all policies in your 4.5 NBU config
Step 2: migrate to NBU 5.0, but do not start NBU
Step 3: install patch 116264-05 on your master server
Step 4: start NBU and activate your policies

Otherwise migrate from 4.5 to 5.1. This works without installing any 
patches and without any problems ....
