Not part of your question, but I find it a risk to enumerate clients.
I'd like for Vault to allow an exclusion list of clients, but it
doesn't. What I do instead is specify all clients and filter by policy.
(My non-vaulting policies have "novault" as part of their names).
I'd rather some new client was Vaulted by mistake rather than not
vaulted by mistake.
