Nope. Licensing is just a piece of paper and there are no technical
restrictions to prevent you from installing and running 1 licensed copy
of the client on as many clients as you want.  It would not be legal to
do this (obviously!), but since there are no restrictions, the only
proof you have is the paper trail.
