That's a good point. See if you can pinpoint the error to a tape or set =
of tapes. look at the /usr/openv/netbackup/db/media/errors log file to =
see if there is a specific tape causing the issue.

I had one incident that the reason why the drives are being down was =
because of a lot of bad tapes. Please verify that your tapes are genuine =
and not refurbished.

I would have the hardware vendor come and take a look at the tape drive =
to see that it is ok.
