It hasn't changed since 09/20/02 and only contains a few things. This is
a recent problem.
# ls -l bp*
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 133 Sep 20 14:44 bp.conf
# cat bp.conf
SERVER = host
CLIENT_NAME = host
USEMAIL = email@dress
VERBOSE = 1
BUSY_FILE_NOTIFY_USER = email@dress
