[Veritas-bu] changing volume pool failed
%VRTSHOME%\netbackup\bin\admincmd\bpmedialist -ev 0019L1
and see if it is assigned to any media server
If it is, you can't change its pool until all images have been expired and
the tape is deassigned in the volDB.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] changing volume pool failed
I have a tape that was last used in March 2002.
When I go into Media & Device Management, I perform the following step:
Select the Volume pool that has the tape I wish to move into the Scratch
Select the Tape I need to move
RIGHT CLICK and choose Change
In the Change Volumes Window I choose the "Volume Pool" radio button and
select "New Pool"
I then choose Scratch Pool.
When I click OK I get the message "Change pool of 0019L1 faled: cannot
change volume pool for assigned volume (91).
As I don't have the books, any ideas are welcome. And this is Windows NT 4
