It depends on how you deploy your client software. You can deploy the
software throw the master or do a standalone installation on the client.
When you patch the master it also updates the binaries that get deployed to
the clients from the master. For clients that already have the software
installed you should just patch them manually.

i want to install the nb_43_1 patch to my solaris clients, but the
documentation seems a bit vague. my master server is nt4 and the docs talk
about patching it first and then pushing the update out to the client. if
the master server is nt, how does this work?
