If you have a backup of the NetBackup database then you can perform a
bprecover to recover the NetBackup database. If you did not backup the
database you can import each tape back into the NetBackup database.

      I was wondering how I would be able to restore my data from tape after
a disater. I lost everything on my server. I mean everything was destroyed
but I do have the tapes... How can restore my data after reconfiguring and
installing Netbackup afresh?.
