3.2 made DBs platform independent.  So one would think 
that you should be able to recover (chapter 5 in the 
troubleshooting guide) the database to your new NT 
master server.  So long as you maintain the same name 
you should be okay.  I have planned to test these 
theories out but haven't had the right opportunity as 
of yet.

As far as the number of DLT7000s, there was a 
discussion thread here a while back that addressed that 
issue (basically how to do the math).  If I can find 
it, I'll send it off to you.
