As the messages are pretty clear, what do you want? - license codes?
You should download the latest Licensing Guide. It also contains so-called 
Evaluation Codes which are valid for 45 days. They should work even if some of 
them are pretty old.
But of course you must exchange them with 'true licenses'.

Or is this a DR situation? - if so, please follow the appropriate steps from 
the books.
