I think at you update your java to version 1.6.0.29 which is
imcompatible with NMC. Please, read

ETA esg124036: NetWorker: NetWorker Management Console versions 7.6.2
and earlier are incompatible with JRE 6 Update 27 and JRE 7

Compatible version is 1.6.0.26
