Re: [Networker] Frag flags and tape order

They are still in the media DB. I need to transfer the savesets to a
new Networker server and recompile the file index.
Here is the mminfo inquiry I am using to find the tapes.
mminfo -r
"ssid,cloneid,client,ssflags,clflags,pool,name,totalsize,sscreate(18),ss
comp(18),volume" -q"ssid=1350362386"
You are saying that the order in which this inquiry lists the tapes is
the correct scanning order as well?

Has the tape totally disappeared from the media db? If so, all you can
do
is scan twice. Scan once with "scanner -m" to put the entries into the
media db, then scan again with "scanner -i", in the order that a
"mminfo"
shows you is the right order. Yes, it is less than ideal, but there's no
way to know the order if the tape has totally gone from the media db.
If you can do an mminfo and find the order, then you can just "scanner
-i"
in that order.
