Has the tape totally disappeared from the media db? If so, all you can do
is scan twice. Scan once with "scanner -m" to put the entries into the
media db, then scan again with "scanner -i", in the order that a "mminfo"
shows you is the right order. Yes, it is less than ideal, but there's no
way to know the order if the tape has totally gone from the media db.
If you can do an mminfo and find the order, then you can just "scanner -i"
in that order.
