For the backup of the NMC database it seems that the backup command for this 
client resource is wrong.That's why it repeats all options.

Let me suggest that you run the command manually (savepsm ...) with more 
verbosity first before you set it up for an automatic backup. You can get more 
details from the manpage (Command Line Reference Guide).
