Other than the errors listed in the savegroup completion, it appears that all 
the savesets are complete and good. Frank, it's strange that yours still 
doesn't work, since when I replaced the nsrdsa_save it started without problem.

Any chance that you have another nsrdsa_save in the path somewhere?
