Will your hardware allow upgrading from RHEL 3 to 4 on the same server, if
so, i would do that first and then upgrade Networker versions.

Yes, but we're not going to do repeated staggered upgrades (OS, then
NetWorker, OS, then NetWorker).  We're going to prepare 7.2.2 to be
upgraded, preserve /nsr but reinstall the rest of the system as RHEL 5,
and install NetWorker 7.4.2.  The database upgrades will happen as part
of that.
