Hello,
Have you verified file\folder permission for the account that runs
Networker, on the folder where the dB resides ?

Thx for the help. I got it working using the following:
backup.res:
type: savepnpc;
precmd: "C:\\progra~1\\Legato\\nsr\\radius.bat";
pstcmd: "";
timeout: "12:00:00";
abort precmd with group: No;
radius.bat:
c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe /C c:\windows\system32\netsh.exe aaaa show
config > C:\Backup_Export\radius_config.txt
